At Haus of Interiors, our commitment is to provide you with exceptional products and service. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we want to ensure this process is as easy and convenient for you while maintaining fairness to all parties involved.


Inspect Your Purchase:
When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect each item carefully. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.


Reporting Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective products, we are here to assist you promptly.

help@hausofinteriors.com or through our live chat at hausofinteriors.com. We will arrange for a pickup and expedited replacement of the item at no cost to you.


Returning or Exchanging a Non-Defective Item:

We provide comprehensive product information on our website, including photos, videos, specifications, dimensions, and shipping timeframes. We strongly encourage you to review this information carefully before making a purchase. Please note the following:

  • Condition: If the item is not in new condition or if the packaging is damaged or not original, we reserve the right to apply a fee up to the full price of the purchase based on the condition of the returned item.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all protective materials included. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your refund to cover any damage incurred during return shipping.
  • Items Subject to Fees Due to Damage: If an item is returned in a condition that is subject to fees due to damage, you may request to have the item sent back to you at your expense within 7 days of the item being delivered to us. After 7 days, the item will be disposed of.
  • Change of Mind or Other Issues: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or other issues not related to the item being damaged or non-functional, a restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item. This fee will be deducted from your refund.


Timeframe for Eligible Returns:

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • For damaged lights or globes, please report the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or Warehouse Sale must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, and refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit.


Packaging and Condition:

  • Returned items must be packed in their original packaging, including all parts and components.
  • The returned items must be in new and unused condition, free from any damage or cut wires.
  • Glass globes must be securely wrapped in their original packaging.


Product Condition:
Partial refunds will be granted for products that have been used, installed, damaged, or tampered with in any way that hinders our ability to obtain future value from the product. Haus of Interiors retains full discretion in assessing a product's fitness for return.

 

Unclaimed Parcels:
  • Non-Refundable: Please note that unclaimed packages will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to track their shipments and make arrangements to receive their orders promptly.
  • Reshipment: If you wish to have an unclaimed package reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply. The cost for reshipment will be determined based on the package size, weight, and the final destination.

Return Shipping Costs:

If a customer changes their mind, misunderstands the product specifications, or makes an error in their purchase, they are responsible for the return shipping costs of the non-defective item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in a deduction from the refund to cover any damage incurred during return shipping.
